Nathalie's approach is grounded in firsthand knowledge of how organizations work. During her time at Paramount — home to MTV, Nickelodeon, and Comedy Central — she worked in HR and talent management, partnering with executives, advising senior leaders, and supporting organizations through the people and performance challenges that come with growth and change.
She has seen what helps professionals advance, what keeps talented people stuck, and how the right environment, leadership approach, and self-awareness can change the way someone experiences their work.
The Birkman Method
Nathalie became a Certified Birkman Consultant in 2018, and the Birkman Method has been a cornerstone of her practice ever since. Unlike traditional personality tools, Birkman uncovers your underlying needs, typical behaviors, stress responses, and the environments where you are most likely to thrive.
Her role is to help you translate that insight into practical strategies you can use in your career, your leadership, and your everyday work — because insight alone is not enough.
